Refund Policy of Eurawest Technologies

Our refund policy was created to outline the conditions under which Eurawest Technologies would provide a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and Eurawest Technologies’s obligations in scenarios when a refund claim is made. You are stating that you understand and agree with all of the terms and conditions listed in the refund policy by signing up for any of our services and signing our RFQ document.

Scope and Coverage


Refunds made by Eurawest Technologies, a Bulgarian digital agency, and/or websites owned and operated by Eurawest Technologies are covered by our refund policy.
Companies that are not owned or controlled by Eurawest Technologies, as well as individuals who are not managed or hired by Eurawest Technologies, are not subject to the terms of this policy. This includes any contract-bound third-party service and/or product suppliers as well as any third-party websites that are linked from Eurawest Technologies’s website.


Complaint Submission


Every project is approached with the end result in mind at Eurawest Technologies, a digital agency in Bulgaria. We share equal accountability with the customer. Therefore, we think that in every circumstance when there is service-related discontent, every effort should be taken to find a solution that is entirely reciprocally acceptable. Refunds shouldn’t even be thought about until things have reached an extreme level.

A refund request should only be made if we are unable to come to an agreement with you after talking things over.


Qualification for a Reimbursement


Every project is significant to us at Eurawest Technologies, a digital agency in Bulgaria, and we take great effort to manage each one with expertise and care. Our goal is to provide the outcomes in accordance with the proposal’s terms and circumstances. Nevertheless, despite taking all reasonable precautions, if a customer is unsatisfied with the outcomes and elects to use the dispute resolution procedure, we will take refund requests into consideration in accordance with the following programme, in which our services and the refund policy associated with each service are very clearly listed:

Full Refund


If the project has not yet begun or if the original design style has not been accepted, a full refund will be given. After receiving the advance payment, the full refund procedure will begin, and it will take 180 days to process the refund.

Partial Refund


After the first design style has been approved, there will be a partial refund if the delivery does not occur in accordance with our delivery policy. The percentage of the return will correspond to the amount of work accomplished.
If the project has been finished and submitted to the server, there will be no returns.


Designing a Brochure or a Logo


If the project has not yet begun or if the original design style has not been accepted, a full refund will be given.

Web Programming

Complete refund is given if project is not started.
Every web development project has a contract. However, the following delivery policy will be in effect if there is no agreement and no explicit discussion of the return policy.
In the event that we fail to finish the project in line with the delivery policy and contract of agreement, a partial refund will be given in the service provider’s discretion. According to the project’s predetermined scope, Eurawest Technologies will compute the amount by taking into consideration the project’s completion rate and the project’s remaining completion rate.


Dedicated Hiring Solution (Offshore Staffing)

If the project was not started by Eurawest’s programmer, designer, content writer, SEO specialist, or any other resource and/or personnel, a full refund will be given.
A proportionate reimbursement will be given based on the work completed up to the client’s decision to cancel the purchase.
For the period when the services have already been rendered, there will be no reimbursement. The customer must notify our project manager right away if he is dissatisfied with any aspect of the job and request any discounts for the lost time. Later discussions won’t be taken into consideration.


Compliance with the Delivery Policy


NOTE: Eurawest Technologies’s delivery pledge is contingent upon:

  • A project is not taken to be void unless the agreed upon payments are clear.
  • If the information needed for the project’s successful completion is not provided to us in a timely manner, the refund policy is not applicable. Eurawest Technologies cannot be held responsible for project delays or failures that result from poor customer communication.
  • Eurawest Technologies is not responsible for keeping its delivery or refund promises if the client’s information is inaccurate or if comprehensive information about the project is not supplied at the project’s beginning.
  • Until and until an agreement is signed with a penalty clause for delivery delay, there is no provision for compensation for delivery delay under any circumstances.


Limitations on Liability


The value of the project portion that, according to our plan, is still unfinished at any given moment determines Eurawest Technologies’s obligation. At any moment, Eurawest Technologies is not liable for damages brought on by the provision of the services, their non-provision, or their delay. Only if the customer cancels the project and notifies Eurawest Technologies in writing of the cancellation does Eurawest Technologies have the obligation to provide a refund.

Processing of Refunds


The partial refunds will be issued using the mode of payment specified at the start of the project, such as refund by check or refund by credit card, and will be processed and delivered within 180 business days of the date of cancellation.

The complete refunds will be issued using the payment method agreed upon at the start of the project, such as refund by check or refund by credit card, and will be processed and delivered within 50 business days of the date of cancellation.

Changes


Eurawest Technologies has the right to modify this policy at any moment and without prior notice at its sole discretion. Therefore, we ask that you frequently examine this policy.
